The dashboard is the landing page that is shown when you login and do not have any modules open, we show a stream of comments/case actions so you can get an idea of recent activity with a single glance.

The Community Bulletin board is a simple shared text box that anyone can edit (also accessible from Tech Portal). This can be used for whatever you want, for example shop consumables needs that are not tracked in inventory like shop towels, gloves, etc..

The Calendar is another shared resource that anyone can edit- ideal for sharing planned time off, service appointments, and other shop relevant events.
*Admin level users will see dated expenses here as well.

All functionality discussed here comes standard without limitation in our core package.
