Our tech portal (like everywhere else in our platform) is designed to be everything that’s needed with nothing you don’t.

Its very simple- clock in, select a service case, case data with invoiced line items are shown, they are able to add comments (with image attachments), and mark the case completed.
In the portal they can also view/update bulletin board, access quick service data specs, and clock out.

The tech portal is optimized to be accessed by any device from mobile to desktop. More on Mobile Use on our Mobile Launcher.

Even though it may not seem like it, metrics on efficiency, quality and data for hourly and flag rate pay is all calculated behind the scenes.

There are no technician portal limitations with our standard package.
