The AI model will consider actual book defined labor rates of that vehicle (or similar), along with condition, and labor times learned from your past invoices to determine the time, the confidence rating is based on what resources were used; 10% is basically a google search, 100% means the exact book rate, condition, and an exact previous billed time was found.
