- All Vehicle, Case and Customer Information is viewable, and can be updated on the fly.
- Easily find any service case via search, filtering by status, or by sorting any of the columns.
- Create a service case much faster if you don’t need the customers authorization (all service case creation forms allow easy selection of previous customers and their vehicles).
- Service Comments shows all comments from techs and customer, along with attachments, and can easily be shared to customer portal via the share with customer button on each comment.

All functionality here is included in the standard package, however we should note here that with the phone add on the customer will receive notification of comment via text if they have opted in.
