Our Roots
December 2020

Shopwerks was never meant to be a commercial product.
We are as home grown as it gets.
I just got sick of the affordable/free customer management systems not tax exempting labor..
So with over 10 years sysadmin experience under my belt I built my own system, that started out very simple. Just like a 2 stroke engine our design process has always focused on having the least amount of moving parts while never compromising the thrill of the ride.
Modules were only added after absolutely confirming their real world necessity. And beta tested in real time by the techs at Amphibious Powersports in Norman OK.
After we discovered the value we actually bring to the table, we had no choice but to share our secret process sauce with the world, as the goal has, and always will be to enable people to ride.
The Shopwerks Difference
Our standard plans includes a full wordpress powered website, hosted and integrated with your platform to provide features like our customer portal and service estimator:

However if you take a look at some of our clients websites, most of them are pretty basic. We have never focused our platforms development on generating leads, we are built to provide serious operational efficiency as a tool for your Powersports Shop. (We do offer a marketing add on for larger shops where it makes sense) but our core product provides direct management tools that provide a real ROI for even the smallest mom and pop shops.
Oh wow look a picture of us next to Lightspeed and DX1:

If we are the best, why are we cheaper than others?
Two things: Infrastructure & A.I.
With AI Models, we are able to do what used to cost $20k and take a month, in less then a week. We provide the best competitive edge for your shop that technology can provide, and it stays that way because of Active Development.
We do have human staff, but we aim to future-proof our platform by bringing powersports shops value that cannot be replaced by AI- like the actual infrastructure, and modules included in every standard plan like the central inventory catalog, that we constantly update with the latest vendors products, so that everyone on our platform gets the benefit of a full time inventory staff member.

Meet the team.
Enterprise Grade Infrastructure
What are you actually paying for when you shell out $1,000 or more a month to competitors?
Bill Gates trips to Epstein Island. Seriously..
10 years working supporting enterprise grade infrastructure has taught me one thing: Microsoft Licensing is OUTRAGEOUS, if you think your teams subscription is bad try looking at what their server licensing costs- its bloody insane.
Our infrastructure provides complete SOC 2 & ISO 27001 Compliance, with enhanced backup and high availability systems in place, in our own underground triple power redundant facility.
WE DO NOT USE ANY INFRASTRUCTURE PROVIDER LIKE MICROSOFT AZURE OR AWS.
